Dear McAlpine Elementary School Community,
I am honored to have the privilege of serving as your new principal at McAlpine Elementary School! I look forward to learning more about the rich traditions of academic and social/emotional excellence that have lived within these walls for several years and the dynamic learning environment where every student matters and every moment counts. Most importantly, I am excited to get to know the students, staff, and families who make up our Eagle community!
In order to streamline my transition, I’ve created an entry plan that will be used as a tool to gather insight about the successes of McAlpine Elementary School and to help me learn more about what is working well and what we collectively identify as areas for growth moving forward. Our students, staff, families, and community partners are what create the culture of McAlpine Elementary School and it is important to me to learn as much as possible from all of our stakeholders. This plan will be used as my first step in getting to know every member of our school community and learning from you.
Updates on my progress will be shared regularly and I will be asking for your feedback and suggestions. My goal is to better understand what drives the success of our school and how we can work together to continue to make McAlpine Elementary School stand apart as the premier elementary school in our district while preparing our students for a meaningful and successful future.
