About Our School

Welcome to the Wilson STEM Academy - Home of the Wolverines!

We are building on the legacy of the former Wilson Middle School as a new fully inclusive computer science/engineering "partial magnet" immersion middle school. We prepare our scholars for high school, college, and beyond with the skills, habits, and confidence necessary to be the creators of technology rather than just consumers of it. As a community, we strive to live the Wilson Way (Vision, Choice, Risk-Taker, Fearless, Fail Forward, Problem Solver, Creator, and Community) every day. Therefore, all of our scholars are fully included in core content classes and held to high expectations while simultaneously provided with high support grounded in strong relationships. While our website is designed to provide important information as well as an overview of the array of innovative and enriching programming offered at the Wilson, the best way to get to know our dynamic community is to visit our school in person. Know that you are welcome any time!
