CHROMEBOOK & CHARGER COLLECTION

Dear 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th-grade families,

We will be collecting the CMS Chromebook and charger your child received at the beginning of this school year. Please wipe down the Chromebook and remove any writing or stickers that your child may have attached to it.

If your child’s chromebook and/or charger is lost or damaged, please follow the steps below for assessed replacements.

iPAD, CASE & CHARGER COLLECTION

Hello Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd-grade families,

We will be collecting the CMS iPad, charger, and case that your child received at the beginning of this school year. Please wipe down the iPad and case and remove any writing or stickers that your child may have attached to it.

Here is a list of what your child needs to return on his/her collection date. If your child’s iPad, case and/or charger is lost or damaged, please follow the steps below for assessed replacements.
