"The CMS Transportation department is working to prepare bus routes for Full Remote Academy students that are required to participate in the North Carolina End of Grade or End of Course Exams. To secure transportation for your child for end of year testing, currently scheduled from May 12 through May 28, please visit https://bit.ly/EOYTransportation and complete the transportation form. To access the form, you will need your child's ID number. Please complete one form per child that will require transportation. To secure transportation, your response must be received by Thursday, April 29. Thank you for your prompt attention to this request."
