Students newly enrolled/assigned to Ridge Road should contact Mrs. Baeza, the registrar.

 Residency Affidavits 

    Residency Affidavits must be renewed annually by the beginning of each school year.  A new affidavit is required even if your address has not changed.  To renew, you must include two proofs of residency with an update (notarized) form by May 31, 2017.   Including one item from each column. 

    ONE (2) of the following documents must be shown to verify Residency:

    • Copy of residential deed OR record of most recent residential mortgage statement
    • Copy of Residential Lease
    • HUD Closing Statement

    ONE (2)  of the following ADDITIONAL documents must also shown to verify Residency:

    • Any ONE utility bill or work order within the past 30 days
    • Valid NC Driver’s License OR valid NC ID card
    • Bank statement, Payroll Stub OR Credit Card statement within the last 30 day
    • Current vehicle registration
