Deficiency Letters: Deficiency letters are being sent this week for students who still need to submit required health information to school – immunization dates and health assessments. Health assessments are required for grade K students, and students attending NC public schools for the first time. The deadline has been extended to October 1, 2020. After that, students will have 30 days to submit this information.

Please contact Nurse A if you need help getting this done or getting the information to school.

Also, it’s not too early to consider getting your flu shot!
