Student Symptom Screener

In preparation for return to in-person learning, we wanted to make you aware of our new student symptom screener.

Starting on Monday, February 15th,  for A Rotation Students and on Thursday, February 18, for B Rotation Students, Parkside Elementary will be using the district symptom screener located here on the Parkside website.

Prior to your child's arrival, click the student symptom screener link at the top of the page. If you received a new label during our January material pick-up, you can also use the QR code to easily navigate to the screener.

A helpful information flyer is attached (link below) and will also provide access to the screener.

If your child is a car rider, all you will need to do is show the staff member on duty the green check mark on your phone and await temperature screening.

It is recommended that you complete the screener on your phone so that you can easily show the staff member on duty when you arrive to the carpool lane.
