How to register for the 2022-2023 school year!

You can register via email, fax or in person:

Please make sure to include all the required information below: 

        1. Certified Birth Certificate  ( Order a copy

        2. Two Proofs of Mecklenburg County Residency Proof of Residency Info.pdf

        3. Current Immunization records Immunizations_NC.pdf

        4. Health Assessment -Health Assessment - NC.pdf 

The Health Assessment is Required for Pre-K, Kindergarten

 & all students new to CMS and/or North Carolina
