Internet Information
Spectrum is offering free internet access. Parents must call 1.833.267.6094. Families are stating they must pay their past due balance, however the problem is they are calling to get cable and internet and that should not be. They should call and only ask for the free internet for educational purposes. They will get a user name and password to access the internet. There is no package deal. After 2 months of free service they will start to get billed, therefore they will need to contact Spectrum to cancel this service if they are not able to maintain it.
