Dress Code Policy

Mallard Creek High School Dress Code 2021- 2022


Mallard Creek High School will follow the policies outlined in the Student Rights and Responsibilities Handbook.   The following dress code has been established for students at Mallard Creek High School:


  • Items that promote drugs, alcohol, tobacco, obscene messages, or inappropriate gestures are prohibited.

  • Items such as hats, hoods and sunglasses that disguise physical appearance are prohibited during school hours.

  •  Nightwear (pajamas, do-rags, bonnets and bandanas) is only permitted during spirit week.

  • No cleavage, belly button, buttocks or under garments should be visible from any angle or position.

  • Tops must cover chest, back, stomach and shoulders (3 finger width)


Violators will be required to call home to get appropriate clothes and will be sent to ISS (In- School Suspension) until proper clothing arrives. Changing back into inappropriate clothing is considered insubordination and additional consequences will be given. Multiple violations will result in more serious consequences.
