We are so excited to have each you join us in our Creek Life Journey.

We are encouraging our incoming students that have taken AVID previously to  participate in our Class or 2024 AVID Cohort. Advancement Via Individual Determination or AVID provides scholars with the skills needed to be successful in advancing academically with the ultimate goal of attending college. AVID recruits students who are motivated to do well and who are serious about their academic future. Based on grade point average, recommendation and state test results, we feel that your child may be an ideal candidate for the AVID program and has been selected to participate in the recruitment process. To begin this process, you and your child will need to complete the application process.

The application link is embedded here.

Please be sure to complete the application by Friday, July 17th at 5:00 PM. After completed applications are reviewed, students who qualify will be invited for an interview on July 23rd or 24th. An email will be sent to your child to sign up for their time slot. All interviews will be conducted as virtually and will be in a group format. Again, we are excited to extend this opportunity to your and your rising maverick. Please feel free to contact the school if you have any questions by calling 980-343-1341.
