Lebanon Road Request to RETURN to In Person Instruction: Solicitud de Lebanon Road para REGRESAR a la instruccion en persona.

Students are returning to school and need to complete a daily screener.

All students will be going through a health and safety screening (see symptoms screener above) before entering our buildings. This is a must; so, please be sure you've completed this process before your child gets on a bus, walks to school, or exits your car.

Parents,

Please complete the link below if your child will be a walker and notify their teacher.

Pre-K students will be picked up at the side door at the staff parking lot.

Kindergarten- 5th-grade students will be walked across the street at the stoplight.

Parents of kindergarten and first-grade students will need to sign a clipboard each day indicating the child was picked up.

As students return to school soon, if you plan on driving your child to and from school (at Lebanon Road Elementary) you will need to request a "Car Rider Tag."

The link for making that request is below.
