Arrival & Dismissal Procedures

9:15 AM - 4:15 PM

Scholars should not arrive at school earlier than 8:45 AM.  Our staff is not due to arrive before this time so we have limited supervision.  Scholars will report to 1st block class at 8:45 AM or when they get off the bus.

If a scholar has tutoring with a teacher,  he/she must sign in in the front office before going to tutoring.  His/her teacher will pick them up from the front office at the designated time.

We are responsible for the safety of all scholars.  We will release a scholar only to his/her parent or legal guardian based on the scholar's records.  The school maintains a record of who you have chosen as a person (s) to pick up your child.

We ask the parent/guardian to come inside to sign out his/her child.  Scholars will remain in class until called by the office for dismissal.

  • Scholars will not be released to older brothers or sisters without a parent notifying the school.

  • If your child's information changes, please contact the school to update the information regarding dismissal.

  • No scholar may leave campus during the school day without permission from office staff or administration.
