Lottery Process: PreK-Grade 1

PreK - 1st Grade Enrollment in HMM is through the CMS Magnet Lottery Process ONLY.  The CMS Student Placement office handles the lottery process.

Open House Dates for the 2020-2021 Magnet Lottery

All open house dates will be held virtually through Zoom.  

  • November 18, 2020 8:30-9:30am
  • December 2, 2020 6:00-7:00pm
Please note that these are not drop-in sessions.  The open houses have a scheduled agenda, which include a presentation and question and answer session. 

Registration is required for an Open House event.  Please preregister at  (link opens in a new window). The Zoom link will be emailed the day prior to the Open House for those who are registered.

*School tours are not offered at this time. 

Late Entry Process

  • Students in grades 2-6 may interview for vacant seats (if available) through the Late Entry Process.  Interviews will be scheduled only if there are vacant seats in that grade level.​
