DJV Student Support-"Being Mindful"

                                "Being Mindful" Calming Room

The year 2020 is unlike anything our society has ever experienced.  Students and parents continue to navigate concerns over the current pandemic, racial injustice and intolerance, and the knowledge that social distancing is our new "norm".  These are unprecedented times, and our DJV Support Staff has created a website to provide supports for both students and their families.

Mindfulness and "being present" have never been more relevant and necessary than they are now.  Through the pages of the website, students have access to videos focused on working through a myriad of emotions.  There is also a playlist of music focused on bringing a sense of calm and tranquility to students.

Check back frequently to the "Being Mindful" Website for resources provided by the DJV Student Support Staff.
