Clubs and Activities

Crestdale Middle School has a variety of clubs and activities for students to participate in.  Information and updates about the clubs are posted here!  If you are looking for

student athletics, please refer to the Athletics page!

Clubs

Students have the opportunity to join Crestdale Middle clubs. These clubs provide students with extracurricular experiences and develop leadership skills. Clubs are student-focused and led by a faculty adviser, who mentor and guide student participants. Clubs take place during a designated time, either before or after school (refer to the calendar on our main page for dates and times). Many of our students and faculty extend their interest and commitment to their Club or Activity beyond the boundaries of our schedule and campus.

The following clubs have been offered in the past and are currently under review for operation for the '20-'21 school year.

  • Battle of the Books
  • Cross Country Club
  • Drama Club
  • F.O.R. Club (Rachel's Challenge Club)
  • FCA
  • Math Counts
  • Musical Theater Club
  • NJHS
  • Odyssey of the Mind (OM)
  • Robotics Team
  • Science Olympiad
  • Student Council
  • Tech Crew (Daily Student News)
  • Young Writers Club

Battle of the Books 2020-2021

Calling all readers! We need students who can lead our school as a part of our Battle of the Books teams. Battle of the Books makes reading a game as students read and work together to compete against other teams to answer quiz-style questions. Any student in grades 6-8 is welcome to join and read with us. Club meetings will start next school year, but you can start reading now! Check out the list for great titles!
