12:30 – 1:15    LUNCH

1:15 – 2:25   THIRD BLOCK

2:35– 3:45   FOURTH BLOCK

  • First 5 minutes take attendance and materials management

  • 30 minutes is required synchronous learning– teacher face-to-face via computer 

  • 35 minutes is required asynchronous learning- students work in Canvas on assignments with specified due date. 

3:45 – 4:15 FLEX TIME

  • Zoom Tutoring 

  • M/W:  ELA and Science

  • T/TH:  Math and Social Studies

  • M/TH: Electives 

  • F: Friday reserved for Extensions

  • Additional support

  • Extension groups

**We will follow the CMS A/B Day schedule for Electives, Science and Social Studies. **

ATTENDANCE: Teachers will record attendance each block in PowerSchool.  When a child has missed 3 days in a row the teacher will contact the parent to share the concern.  When a child has missed 5 days in a row the teacher will submit the name to the grade level counselor for  intervention and possible home visit.
