I am Ms.Parks, and I am excited to serve as Career Development Coordinator at Charlotte Engineering Early College (CEEC) and Charlotte Teacher Early College High School (CTEC).

I am from Durham, North Carolina.  I received my Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood and Family Studies from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.   I received my first Masters in Adult Education degree from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.  I also received a Masters of School Administration from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
