 National Career Readiness Certificate

  • Definition

    • The ACT WorkKeys is a job skills assessment system measuring "real-world" skills that help employers select, hire, train, develop, and retain a high-performance workforce.
    • Earning the National Career Readiness Certificate does not qualify you for all job requirements. However, demonstrating higher job skills means you have access to higher-paying jobs and employers are willing to pay higher salaries for higher skill levels.
