‚ÄčThe nomination form below may be used to identify and celebrate a member of the AKHS Community who demonstrates excellence in service of the community. The nominations are NOT limited to teachers!!! All staff, volunteers, committee members, parents and coaches may be nominated.

Active involvement in committees, fund-raisers, fairs, trainings, and other miscellaneous activities.
Serves as a role model to others.
