School Health

​In school health we believe for well-being and learning, every student must achieve and maintain his or her optimal level of health.  This optimal level of health is best met through a comprehensive program consisting of a multidisciplinary team of professionals, providing a link between the school, home, and community.  The mission of the school health program is to promote student health and safety, reduce or eliminate health related barriers, and assist in keeping students in class, on task and ready to learn.

If your child has any health related concerns or a need to take medication at school, please see a list of documents below that pertain to your child.  (Click on the document title to open the link.)  Please note all medication forms must have a MD and parent signature.  If you have any questions, please contact our full time nurse:
