The School Leadership Team (SLT) meets on a regular basis to discuss ways in which to to help support and grow all students and staff at Winget Park. Specific duties of the SLT include:
Facilitating the development of the School Improvement Plan (SIP)
Monitoring, assessing and amending the SIP
Advancing policies and procedures that enhance achievement and meet educational, safety and parent involvement goals.
Facilitating communication within the Professional Learning Community
Building the capacity of the school to improve in the following areas:
Increasing the Graduation Rate
Effective Teaching & Leadership
Teaching & Learning through Technology
Parent & Community Connections
