Sterling's School Leadership Teams (SLT) works collaboratively to create the best school experience for students that we can! Our SLT assists in the evaluation and assessment of our school’s educational programs and their effects on student achievement. The SLT is a platform for school-based decision making to ensure resources are allocated effectively and that creating a collaborative school culture is a top priority.
