The NASCAR Foundation, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, NASCAR Hall of Fame, and Sprint have partnered in a special program that recognizes area middle schools for their exemplary approach toward problem solving and making real world connections using science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). The NASCAR Foundation's P.I.T. (Promoting Innovation & Technology) Crew Project is about inspiring learning among local students as part of a NASCAR-themed competition.
We are thrilled to say that a student group from Randolph Middle School has made it to the finals! Team Racing Raiders is one of four finalists within Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools competing to win the NASCAR Foundation's P.I.T Crew Project school technology upgrade. Team Racing Raiders' participation in the Foundation's program has already won our school a NASCAR Hall of Fame field trip for 300 students!
But we still need your help!
Team Racing Raiders needs your vote to win the school technology upgrade.
