International Literacy Day
On Tuesday, September 8th, Joseph W. Grier Academy
celebrated International Literacy Day. Every classroom had a special
guest reader and a picnic lunch. We had wonderful support from family
members and the community to make this day a success. We will continue to
focus our efforts on literacy and encourage everyone to support our students by
being role models for reading and writing!
Remember - READ every day!
Our vision is to provide a safe and caring environment where students excel academically, value diversity, and have the necessary skills to be 21st century leaders.
