The School Leadership Team is a collaborative effort whose primary purpose is to develop and implement our annual School Improvement Plan (SIP). This guiding document is continually reviewed and modified to ensure that our students have programming and resources in place to help them achieve to their greatest potential. The primary areas that are discussed are: curriculum, data, school safety, communication, technology, and school climate.
The School Leadership Team:
Facilitates the development of the School Improvement Plan
Uses data as the driving force to create programmatic instructional change
Monitors, assesses, and amends the School Improvement Plan, as needed
Advances policies and procedures that enhance achievement and meet educational, safety, and parent involvement goals
Facilitates the communication within the Professional Learning Community
Builds the capacity of the school to address parent and staff concerns
It is a committee comprised of the Principal, staff members, parent volunteers, and community members.

Update on SLT Meeting Time
SLT will now meet on the same day as the PTSA meeting. PTSA will start at 5:30 and SLT will follow immediately after. The first meeting date that this will happen will be December 11. Please email Zonja Glover at firstname.lastname@example.org.
