Annual CMS Parent Survey 2013-2014

March 19 - May 2

We would like to invite ALL JMA parents to participate in the CMS Parent Survey that is taking place now.  This survey is important because it provides information from you about how you view the environment at our school.  The information from this survey is shared with Ms. Richardson and school staff to help in planning and in meeting students' needs.  Please consider completing this survey.  It shouldn't take much time to complete.  We thank you for your participation.

Please go to this website - - to complete the survey online at home.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools will hold five community engagement meetings to discuss the 2014-15 budget. April 21: 6-7:30 p.m. — Hopewell High (11530 Beatties Ford Road)

April 24: 6-7:30 p.m. — South Mecklenburg High (8900 Park Road)

CMS, along with the entire state of North Carolina, has migrated to a new student management program called PowerSchool.  Parents will be able to remain involved with their scholar's progress through the PowerSchool Module called Parent Portal. This module for parents will allow for easy access of grades and attendance as well as the school bulletin and other items.

Attention Scholars:  You can also use this portal to monitor your own grades and attendance.  Just login in to the same Parent Portal website with your PowerSchool login/password that was given to you at the beginning of school.
