About Us
The South Charlotte Middle School Fine Arts Network (FAN) was created to support the fine arts in our school. With the support of FAN, SCMS offers six different fine arts programs: Art, Band, Chorus, Dance, Drama and Orchestra.
Through both class fees and FAN Patron contributions, FAN has been able to enrich these programs and support our amazing fine arts teachers with the purchase of: sheet music, costumes, props, lighting equipment, a sound system, a baby grand piano, art supplies, risers, instruments, scripts, not to mention supporting our students to attend competitions and clinics throughout the year.
How You Can Support FAN
First, if your student is taking a fine arts class at any point during the 2021-2022 school year, you can pay your child’s required fine arts fees, via pay4schoolstuff.com .
Second, in lieu of paying the specific class fees, you can choose to be a fine arts hero and become a FAN Patron, again through pay4schoolstuff.com. Becoming a FAN Patron means all of your student’s fine arts class fees for the year will be covered, including Honors fees.
