Student Guidance Services

The purpose of the Guidance Department is to provide a support system to help each student reach his or her academic and personal potential.  Grade level counselors work in conjunction with grade level administrators to assist students who are having difficulties or need extra support.  

The middle school counseling  program is tailored to the developmental needs of adolescent students. The emphasis of the program is on school adjustment, self-worth, social skills and academic progress.  Counselors address these issues through individual counseling, small groups, and classorom guidance.

AG students are encouraged to visit the counselor's office for academic planning, social concerns, career planning, and testing information.

 The counselors’ first priority during these workdays is to ensure that all students will have a schedule on the first day of school.  They will be working on the schedule change requests as quickly as possible.  We appreciate your patience.
